Biography

Benjamin Green is a comedy director. He makes TV commercials and celebrity-led brand films built around performance — comedy that survives the cutdown, and talent who look like they want to be there.

Films for Hargreaves Lansdown, Google, British Airways, Barclays, Tesco, Vodafone, Specsavers, Facebook, Currys, Esso, Purplebricks, Cannaray and Paddy Power. Michael Caine, Jack Whitehall, Claudia Winkleman, Ian Wright, David Gandy, Peter Crouch and Danny Dyer.

The instinct comes from television. He is an Emmy Award-winning director, nominated for BAFTA, RTS, NTA and British Comedy Awards. Credits include the Apple series of Carpool Karaoke, An Idiot Abroad — Sky One's highest rated show, sold to more than seventeen countries — and Asian Provocateur.

He is based in London, runs Green Bee Productions, is Managing Director of Ranga Bee Productions (co-founded with Romesh Ranganathan) and is represented by Independent Talent Group for television and all non-commercial work. For commercials he is represented by In Color, London.
